Building consensus among people with various thoughts requires time, patience and perseverance.

April 4, 2009: The enormous socio-economic concerns of the Harari region can only be tackled through partnership and by coordinated effort of all potential Harari forces.  The Harari Congress acknowledges and respect the contribution made by Hararis, individually and collectively.  As a dynamic and evolving organization in Diaspora, the Harari Congress state that it stands tall and on firm ground today and is ready to act.

To empower its membership to act, the Congress has launched a New Project/idea submission program where members submit their socio-economic and reviving Harari heritage ideas and forward it to the Board to consider. The submission form is set up and can be easily accessed from its website. Even though this program is currently limited to Congress members, it may very well extend to non-members at a later stage.
